• Keep arms and legs inside cart at all times!

• LSV’s are not allowed at Mariner’s Cay, which is over the bridge from Folly. 

We do our best to attend to the service of the golf carts and maintain them on a regular basis, but they are of mechanical Nature, and as such, they are subject to mechanical failure, that is unforeseen and unpredictable, as such, Folly Beach Golf Carts, cannot be held liable for any unforeseen events that may occur, including, but not excluding, flat tires, and items on a golf cart, or LSV that may fail, without warning. By entering into a reservation or contract with said party, I.E. Folly Beach Golf Carts, customer acknowledges that such matters may occur which are outside the confines and foreseeable future of Folly Beach Golf Cart Rentals.
